Production time:  Most items offered by MamaTieDye are custom made to order. This means that your items are created just for you! Because of this, it may take one to three weeks to process your order. If you are in need of an item that will ship immediately, please visit the In-Stock Store. There you will find an assortment of pre-dyed items in a range of styles and sizes.

If you have a special request:  Please contact me prior to ordering. I accommodate special requests whenever possible.  These include non-standard colors or designs, locating different products than normally offered, expedited orders, and anything else not covered in the average shopping experience. There is an additional $2.00 charge per piece if you would like a color that I do not stock. If there is a particular style or product that you want, let me know and I will search my suppliers to see if it is available. I will expedite orders as my schedule permits.

Acceptable methods of payment include:  Paypal, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders, and cash for local customers. Payments must be in US funds.  All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Shipping:  Standard shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail (though larger orders may ship via UPS Ground).  The charge is $6.00 for the first item and 25¢ for each additional item.  Overnight or expedited shipping via USPS, DHL, UPS or Fed Ex is available for an added fee. International orders will have the shipping total adjusted for their location. I will email you with the cost difference prior to beginning your order.  Once packages are mailed, MamaTieDye assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.  If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please let me know and I will adjust your shipping total.

Are you interested in purchasing MamaTieDye items at wholesale?  I am happy to create custom-dyed items for your store, school, or fundraiser.  You may choose from most of the items on my website, and I am always happy to search for suppliers for other products.  If you are interested in more information, email me for additional information.

Returns:  Exchanges are accepted for incorrect or defective merchandise within 30 days from purchase. The item must be unwashed/unworn with tags attached. Please measure yourself carefully and ask about sizing prior to ordering. No bras, underwear or swimwear can be exchanged for obvious health reasons.
